 - A consultation 6-8 weeks prior to your event to go through all that you’ve booked and every detail you expect to see on your wedding day

- Creation and distribution of detailed day and night run sheet to all of your suppliers

- Creation and distribution of a high-level production schedule (which should answer a lot of your vendors questions leading up to the event!)

- Act as the main point of contact from the point of our initial meeting until your event concludes

- Logistically arrange bump out with your venue and all suppliers

- Perfectly setting out of your place cards and bonbonniere

- 10 hours of event day coverage to make certain every detail comes together without you needing to think about it and leaving you to be present in the moment

- Everything included in The Hunter and The Coordinator package in addition to the below

- Attend every wedding related meeting from the initial booking to your event day

- Act as your main point of contact for all suppliers and your venue from the first point of contact with each

- Assist with the creation and design of floorplan 

- Source and ascertain quotes for each element of the big day 

- Provide assistance with guest seating allocations

- Be there as the doors open to make sure every guest knows exactly where they are sitting

- 12 hours of event day coverage to make certain every detail comes together without you needing to think and leaving you to be present in the moment!
